How do I receive my files?

Everything gets delivered in one clean drop via WeTransfer. Simple, organized, and ready to use the moment it lands in your inbox.

How much one-on-one time do I get with you?

More than you would expect. Your onboarding call runs about an hour. Revision calls vary by project scope. Delivery calls can run anywhere from one to three hours. When it is all said and done, plan on at least two hours of direct, focused time together.

Do I own the final designs once the project is complete?

Yes. Full legal ownership transfers to you upon final payment. Your brand belongs to you.

Do you work with clients outside the Midwest?

All the time. I am proudly Midwest-based, but my process is built for remote. Wherever you are, we can work together without missing a beat.

When is my first payment due?

Your first payment is due at contract signing. Your payment and your signature together book your project start date and lock in your pricing.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. I offer flexible payment plans in three, six, and twelve month setups with automatic payments so there is nothing to keep track of on your end. Your investment should feel like a decision, not a barrier. We will find the structure that works for you during our onboarding call.

This is a fair question and I understand why it matters. The truth is, my system is built to adapt. With over a decade of professional design experience, I have worked across industries and the process works because it is not built around the industry. It is built around your client.
